Welcome to Roll Call Design. By purchasing products from Roll Call Design, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About Roll Call Design

Roll Call Design creates and sells original artwork, prints, and custom illustrated designs. All artwork is created by Roll Call Design and remains protected by Australian copyright law.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, illustrations, designs, images, graphics, logos, and content created by Roll Call Design are the intellectual property of Roll Call Design and are protected by copyright.

The purchase of a print, custom artwork, or digital image does not transfer ownership of the artwork or any intellectual property rights.

Customers may not:

• Reproduce, copy, scan, trace, edit, modify, or recreate any artwork.
• Use artwork for commercial purposes.
• Sell, distribute, or sublicense any artwork.
• Create derivative works based on Roll Call Design artwork.
• Use artwork for business branding, merchandise, advertising, or promotional purposes without written permission.

Unauthorised reproduction or use of Roll Call Design artwork may result in legal action.

3. Personal Use Licence

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all artwork purchased from Roll Call Design is licensed for personal use only.

Customers may display their purchased artwork in their home or gift it to others, but may not reproduce it in any format.

4. Custom Artwork

Custom illustrated designs are created based on information supplied by the customer.

Roll Call Design retains full copyright and ownership of all custom artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom artwork may be featured on Roll Call Design's website, social media platforms, marketing materials, or portfolio unless a privacy request has been made prior to commencement.

Custom orders require approximately 3 weeks from final concept approval. Timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

5. Product Information

As all artwork is created and reproduced with care, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and materials.

These variations do not constitute a fault or defect.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Orders will not be commenced or dispatched until full payment has been received.

Roll Call Design reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to the Roll Call Design Postage & Returns Policy for information regarding returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds.

Custom artwork is generally non-refundable once work has commenced unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Roll Call Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of its products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to These Terms

Roll Call Design reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
