Limitation of Liability (Shipping & Delivery)
Roll Call Design (ABN: 99 306 108 773) takes the utmost care in packaging and dispatching your original prints to ensure they arrive safely. However, once your order is handed over to our third-party delivery partners (such as Australia Post or designated couriers), the transit of those goods is outside our direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Transit Delays: Roll Call Design is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from delivery delays caused by our courier partners, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
- Incorrect Information: We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
- Third-Party Handling: Roll Call Design is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from a carrier's handling of the package.

If your print arrives damaged or is deemed lost by the courier, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
