What is in each letter?
Each letter of the alphabet contains plants and animals that begin with that letter.
How do I know what everything is?
Every alphabet print comes with a matching flashcard that lists all of the plants and animals featured in the corresponding letter. You can view an example of the flashcards here.
Do I get flashcards if I order a Custom Illustrated Name?
Not exactly. Custom Illustrated Names are filled with personalised items, objects, plants, and animals chosen by you, so you'll already know what everything represents. However, as these prints are often purchased as gifts, a concise list of the included items is printed on a card and packed with your order, so you can decide whether to include it with the gift.
How do I order a custom print?
Easily! Just enter your desired name (max 6 letters), place your order and I will be in contact with a form for you to fill out and return to get the process started.

Am I restricted to the colour palettes used on your other products for my custom print?
No. I'm happy to work with almost any colour palette, although I may recommend slight adjustments if a particular colour doesn't reproduce well or affects the level of detail. If you're trying to match a room or existing décor, I can source suitable colours and confirm them with you before I begin illustrating.
What are the prints printed on?
All prints are produced using an inkjet printer on 215gsm Freelife Felt white art paper. It has a beautiful textured finish.
Why are Name Posters and Custom Posters limited to six letters? What if my name is longer?
It's all about maintaining quality. The more letters included, the smaller each illustration becomes, and beyond six letters the detail can be compromised. If your name is longer, I recommend using a nickname or initials. However, feel free to get in touch—some letters are naturally narrower than others, so it may be possible to fit one or two extra depending on the combination. Alternatively, the Single Letter & Name Poster accommodates names of up to nine letters, as the name is displayed in a font rather than illustrated letters.
Why are Custom Prints sold out? What can I do?
If Custom Prints are sold out, it simply means I've reached my capacity for current commissions and want to maintain reasonable turnaround times. If you're happy to wait, please get in touch and I'll be happy to provide an estimated wait time.
Do you provide a framing service?
Not at the moment. I do plan to offer a hanging solution in the near future, so watch this space.
How are my prints packaged and posted?
In most cases, prints up to A3 are packaged in a rigid mailer made from 100% recycled paper. Each print is protected in an acid-free recyclable cello bag (please recycle with your soft plastics). Larger prints, or orders containing larger prints, are wrapped in tissue paper and carefully rolled into a sturdy poster tube.
How should I care for my print?
Frame your print or display it using magnetic poster hangers, and keep it out of direct sunlight to help preserve the colours. Keep away from any moisture. Dust with a dry cloth, do not wipe with a damp cloth.
